Shipping
For your convenience, we provide Pre-paid UPS shipping labels for continental U.S. customers at no cost to you. Just place your equipment in a box, attach the label, and bring to a UPS drop off location. We will pick up the tab! Return shipping is approximately $15-$40, depending on size, weight, and destination. If your machine is received in a non-OEM box, or if the box is received damaged and not safe to ship with, then we will add the packaging to the repair estimate. Please note that inbound and return shipping provided by Altra Service Professionals carries the basic insurance of $100.00. Should anything happen in transit such as damage at the fault of the carrier or lost packages will only be reimbursed for $100. Additional insurance is available for purchase. If you reside outside of the continental US, the inbound shipping cost will be added to your repair order.

Warranty
Altra Service Professionals, Inc. offers a 90 day warranty for Portable Oxygen Concentrators repairs. Our warranty covers parts replaced and the associated labor (excluding physical damage, Preventive Maintenance & filters). If your POC fails within the 90 day warranty period, please complete the schedule service form and return the machine and power supply. Once received, we will evaluate the unit. If a part that was previously replaced has failed, then we will replace that part at no cost, including labor. If an additional part is found to be defective, we will provide an estimate for the additional parts, labor, and return shipping.
The following events are not covered under warranty. If any of the following are discovered during the evaluation, the warranty will not apply to that repair and you will receive a quote fore the item(s) that are not covered.
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Infestations of bugs, rodents, etc.
- Smoke damage, including cigarette, cigar, cannabis, fire, etc.
- Disposable supplies such as filters
- Preventive maintenance
- No Fault Found: If we are unable to duplicate the reported issue. or any other problem, the device will be considered “No fault found” and you will be responsible for labor of $45 plus return shipping.
Please note: The manufacturers warranty supersedes the ASP warranty. Any repair completed under the manufacturer warranty will follow the manufacturer’s warranty policy (typically 90 days) and is not covered by the ASP warranty.
