It has been our experience that the FreeStyle Comfort has an average cost to repair between $350 – $500. It can certainly be more, however, this is the price range that the majority of devices fall within. The most common issue we encounter is low oxygen purity, however, it is possible that more than 1 issue is occurring.
Although we can’t guarantee a specific turn-around time, our goal is 1-2 weeks.

I had a Philips Respironics SimplyGo Oxygen Concentrator that was used every night for over 2... years. My wife traveled on the planes with it and it sat by the bed and was used at night. It is very quiet compared to the big machines and will produce up to 3 ml continuous Oxygen, even on battery. It started going into an alarm state, and for a month or so we could silence the alarm. Then it would alarm within 5 min after silencing it. I contacted Altra Service Professionals and they suggested I send it to them for a regular service as the alarm means the purity of the oxygen is degraded. They even sent me a shipping label to send the machine to them. Turns out it just needed some filters cleaned, and they did a full diagonistic test on it and shipped it back to me. This company is Great, and the staff is knowlegable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend you contact them for any Oxygen needs or equipment repairs. They are the trusted pro's. This place is a joke. My machine was there for weeks, when I called they claimed they didn't... have it, then found it on the loading dock. It took several more weeks to get a quote, as they were in the middle of moving to a new building. When I finally received it back, it had bad noise when turned on, sent it back, had to wait again because their repair guy quit.
