Our Policies

The Mission of Altra Service Professionals is to provide exceptional service on a consistent basis to ensure total customer satisfaction. It is our goal that our mission will be reflected in the policies below.

Shipping

For your convenience, we provide Pre-paid UPS shipping labels for U.S. customers at no cost to you. Just place your equipment in a box, attach the label, and bring to a UPS drop off location. We will pick up the tab! Return shipping is approximately $15-$40, depending on size, weight, and destination. If your machine is received in a non-OEM box, or if the box is received damaged and not safe to ship with, then we will add the packaging to the repair estimate.

Warranty

Altra Service Professionals, Inc. offers a 90 day warranty for Portable Oxygen Concentrators repairs. Our warranty covers parts replaced and the associated labor (excluding physical damage, Preventive Maintenance & filters).  If your POC fails within the 90 day warranty period, please complete the schedule service form and return the machine with accessories (Power Supply, Battery). Once received, we will evaluate the unit. If a part that was previously replaced has failed, then we will replace that part at no cost, including labor and return shipping. If a different part is found to be defective, we will provide an estimate for the additional parts, labor, and return shipping. If no fault is found, you will be responsible for the return shipping. TOBACCO RELATED SMOKE SUCH AS CIGARETTES AND INFESTATIONS, PHYSICAL DAMAGE, AND ABUSE VOID WARRANTY.

Privacy

We understand the many concerns people have when using the internet and we want you to be comfortable using our site. Our privacy policy is pretty simple: We do not and will not use your information for any purpose other than to complete your transaction and answer your questions. We use Google Analytics which collects anonymous information regarding your visit to our website, such as which pages you view and how long you spend on each page. We use this information to help improve our website so our customers have a better and more enjoyable experience. Again, this information is anonymous and is not traced back to you and is used for quality improvement purposes.

Great company to do business with from start to finish! Spoke with Cassidy who explained in detail the evaluation, estimate and timeframe expectations regarding my POC as well as the very easy shipping process. In addition, she followed up with an email which contained easy to follow instructions to schedule service and obtain a shipping label through UPS. Following shipment, a couple of days later I received an email to inform me my machine was received. One day later Anthony provided me with a detailed and very fair estimate, with again, very easy instructions to approve the repair if acceptable and make payment. Once payment was made the machine was repaired, shipped (from Florida) and in my home (in NY) 3 days later!!! In addition, I was provided a Fed Ex tracking number with my paid invoice. I am so very grateful to everyone at Altra for the prompt estimate, communications throughout the process and quick turn around time. Thank you Alta!

I feel fortunate to have found this honest company. They gave me an estimate, detailing what was wrong repaired it quickly even giving a warranty on their work & sent it back promptly. From now on I will have them service my equipment. Thank you Altra!
