We are located in Ocala, Florida and Berlin, CT, however, our pre-paid shipping label is for our Ocala, FL location only.

It depends on the model and issue(s). Most portable oxygen concentrators need to be connected to a computer and/or gauges to determine the cause of failure, so we are unable to give an approximate cost without evaluating it first. The

How much does it cost if I don’t want my portable oxygen machine repaired?

We provide a thorough evaluation and detailed estimate at no charge. If you decide you do not want to repair your POC, you are only responsible for the return shipping cost that is listed on the estimate.

How often do I need to clean or replace my oxygen concentrator filters?

Most manufacturers recommend replacing the filters once per year. The problem is the filter is usually inside of the unit, requiring disassembly of the device. Putting it back together is sometimes tricky. We perform preventive maintenance at reasonable costs.

Can you bill Medicare, Medicaid, or Private Insurance Companies?

No. Part of the reason why we can provide affordable repairs is because we do not accept insurance payments. We do, however, provide a detailed invoice and service record which you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
